The deposit has been cashed and locked for 7 working days after the check out , sending email to the bank ! unceptable!
Considering all the guests how much money with this system are they getting in interests from the bank every year ?
This is not common practice and probably not legal !

Great if playing golf, attending an event or staying close to the airport, otherwise is a bit isolated unless you have a car/taxi at hand.

Perfect for a layover. Close to airport and the hotel arranged a free shuttle from and to airport. Excellent service and professional. The rooms are bit outdated but in good quality. A large variety of food for breakfast. I have ordered room service, and tried between Thai dish (was very tasty) and a burger (beef patty was really dry - won’t order in the future).

Nice to be relax and walking around, excellent service, friendly front desk. We were upgraded after check. Convenient shuttle bus as well.

If you are not here for golf, there is no need to book this hotel. It is about 30 minutes from the airport by Grab. The lawn and lake are all golf courses. The course is independently operated and has no cooperation with the hotel. The facilities and hygiene details are average, but the staff are quite friendly. Our family traveled, stayed at Capella in Bangkok, Anantara in Chiang Mai, and Soneva in between. We came here for the last two days before returning home because it was close to the airport.
