The room got bad smell but quite big

There is no hot water in my room! We cannot even take a normal shower at the hotel. It is old and no elevator too, lucky their staff helped me to take my luggage upstairs, worst experience ever for me. Also close to the main road and very noisy at night, can’t sleep well.

The rooms are clean enough. There was a smell of cigarettes coming from the air conditioning pipe. Service was prompt when we reported a problem.
