The entrance is quite difficult. The accommodation has a sign in the room stating that food waste is prohibited in the room. So where will you put the trash? Throw it away below. There is still no convenience provided. There was no trash can. Had to ask for a trash can. The parking lot has no roof.
One of the two bottles of drinking water in the refrigerator has already been opened.

We stopped by for a day. The location is of course excellent and quiet. But.. . Stay overnight. Not likely for longer. There is no wardrobe. More precisely, there are open hangers, but not enough for three. The bathroom is clean, but everything seems “tired”. I booked a room with breakfast. At the place they said that you have to pay an additional 200 baht per person for breakfast. Plus you have to throw away food (garbage) yourself, but you didn’t see any trash cans. The owner took the bag with the garbage, but also charged us 25 baht for the chips, the remains of which were in the bag with the garbage. No matter how much money it was, there was still a residue.

I was generally satisfied with the view and service, but the futon had a bit of an old man's smell and there were brown stains on the towels, so I'll just say that it's a good hotel for the price.

Just stayed in this area for the first time. The entrance is far from Petchkasem Road. The accommodation can walk to the beach. from room number 5 Will see the beach as well Breakfast is good, bread is delicious, but the bed is a little hard. overall worth the price

I enjoyed staying at this hotel for one night. It is in a nice residential area right on the beach and away from any type of town/city. As such, it is a great place to stay if you are not looking for entertainment, restaurants etc.. Very good value. Small area to sit near the beach which is not at all developed and so very quiet.

Me and two friends did a roadtrip from Bangkok to Phuket and decided to stay the night at The theatre villa. When we arrived, a bit late, but were warmly welcomed. The food was excellent, as was the breakfast with homemade bread and eggs picked from free roaming chickens in the garden. We rented the family room with a single bed and a bunk bed. We are all pretty tall, but all beds were plenty large. The room was not very large, but contained a fridge, tv and had a bathroom with shower. A nice ocean view was visible from the balcony. In the morning we went down to the nice beach which is located just beneath the Villa. The beach connects to a few restaurants and pleasant bars. We only stayed for one night but I highly recommend it.

Bed and breakfast in the center, but away from the noise, with adorable owners, ready to help..... Everything is done on foot, with the numerous night markets along the bay... .get lost in the streets to discover the food...

The location is what got us here. Peacefully by the beach. And the staff all very helpful. So far so good. Got a very newly constructed kind of free standing room in the middle of a walkway which was extremely impractically designed. Difficult to get both in and out. Maybe a work in progress, but was charged full price. The dinner was served nicely by the beach, but food could have been better.
