Good stay. And polite staffs. Hussle free checkin process. Accessible location to metro. Maintenance need to improve.

The staffs were too rude there was no proper hygiene. At night water was stopped which became very difficult for us to use washroom at night i will never book this place again even though if the place is not clean the staffs should be friendly but they were not

They shifted us to a pretty good room, i love it. They have a mini fridge, ac, a window and everything. Jolly nice, minimal disturbances apart from i guess some repairs they got going on. Wifi is kinda wonky but nothing unmanageable.

Location wise excellent. Walking distance from metro station and bus station. Hygiene and cleaniness well maintained. Rooms are spacious and well furnished. Required some maintenence and proper paste control in rooms. Breakfast buffet is average need to improve varities. Overall stay is good. Definitely recommended for stay.

The hotel is a terrible place to stay. There was no water available in the morning, making basic hygiene impossible. The room had a strong, unpleasant odor, which made the environment uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the geyser didn't work, leaving no option for a warm shower. Overall, it was an extremely poor experience.
