Clean rooms and courteous staff. Very pleasant stay. Check in and check out were seamless. Air-conditioning could have been better

Very nice and calm stay. Perfect for budget business / solo traveller. Location is on point. Vibe of the room and reception area was nice. Rooms have all required items and in well maintained condition. Utensils are also there in rooms to eat the ordered food ( add spoons as well ***** with plates & bowls.

This is my 3rd time visiting the olive richmond circle, they always provide good service. The staff are very polite and calm people. Recommended for couples.

Overall not satisfied because of the female receptionist, internet facility (don't want to mention receptionist name, if management need to know then, she was at desk around 11am on 08-jun-24 ) hope hotel-management will give the female receptionist training on customer management. Some of good things about the hotel as the location provides you almost all kind of shop n restaurants at nearby. And apart from receptionist rest all of staffs behaving normally and helpful. Only one positive thing is the male receptionist i forgot his name he is such a lovely person and helpful

It's a good room for couples, the environment and staff are all supportive, the room is small but has a good atmosphere, i really liked it. Only one problem ac does not work, i put 17 degree but it's like ah 28 degree otherwise it's fantabulous room.

Had trouble finding the hotel & no parking availability. Rooms are not clean, bathroom had leakages and bath curtains were dirty. Not worth the price
