Superb hotel to stay near bagmane tech park,staff are very good and friendly staff, Morning breakfast i left too good its was like home made food and i strongly suggests for the traveler's to stay in this hotel to get experience, and manger darshan is also very polite and helped me in so many ways

Room is neat. Spacious for family of 3. Bathroom is really nice too. Staffs are really helpful and friendly. Aakash always helps me with booking, Plus and the girl from reception also very friendly. Anuj and Joel from restaurant is sweet, friendly and courteous. House keeping staff is also great, they helped with moving some furniture for my kid. Food is of good quality too.

Beautiful stay with my friends Very generous lady staff miss Dipu and helped with all my queries about the hotel very clean room and lovely staff. I would love to suggest this hotel for a good experience stay in with family or friends. Staffs helping nature is what makes this place more enjoyable.

These people have pathetic worst service. The lady at the front desk is vey rude. Before booking the room on 9th July 2024 I happened to pass by the hotel, then I went to the hotel and she told me that there are no rooms available and there are guests in every room so I can't book any room. I asked her when was the rooms available at the latest then she told 12th July was the latest rooms rooms were available but when I searched on the internet after going back home within 2 hours, it was showing that many rooms were available. I booked the hotel and after I checked in she told me that the timings for breakfast was 7:30-9 am, lunch 12 - 2 pm and dinner 8:30 - 10 pm. But when I asked at the restaurant/ treat about the timings he told me breakfast 7:30-10:30 am, lunch 1-4 pm, dinner 7:30-10:30 pm. I mean she is totally giving false information and is just troubling guests. When I asked whether I could order the food from the menu available in my room and get room service, then she said that it would cost extra because of room service. I mean like I agree to the prices to the food written on the menu but there is no such mention of room service extra charges that she mentioned. On the contrary on the menu it's written that all those items are available for room service and that too also the given price. If it's written room service then why would I give her extra for room service. On the day of checking out since I got no information from them about the checkout time I planned to checkout till 1 pm. But 12 noon I got a call from her saying that the checkout time was 11 am and since I haven't checked out till that time I will be charged extra. I am *** if checkout time was 11 am shouldn't they have informed beforehand about that. And on top of that she is informing about this after 11 am. Why should I give extra when they even haven't even told about it beforehand and they are telling after time has passed. Also the room service they provide is pathetic. Sometimes towel is not available, sometimes ac is not working sometimes this sometimes that. Also they don't even mop the floor and the floor is so bad that you can't even place foot on the floor without feeling the large amounts of dust on the floor. Also during room service they just fold the blanket and just leave wherever it is. Even if the blanket is on the chair, they would leave the blanket on the chair. So summarise all this I would suggest anyone who wants peace of mind and doesn't want to be scammed to never go this hotel ever. If you still want to go then be ready to pay extra even for every small thing and keep getting troubled by the stall.

My stay at Zip by Spree Phoenix was great. The rooms are very good and clean. Food is also very good in the restaurant. Special mention to Anuj and Joy from the Restaurant. They were excellent with their hospitality and service :) The hotel staff was kind and helpful with everything. Lastly, I would highly recommend this hotel. Your stay will be memorable.

Good, Anush from restaurant have approached politely and. When ever you called to the restaurant management they approach in polite way. During chain and check out even to bring food to your room or else you order out side to the hotel they will take the food to you to your room once we said to the reception Thanks
