the staff are friendly and professional. the cafe's chef was quite good. the beds clean and comfortable,
the hotel however was designed by a nincompop. there was barely four inches between the front of the toilet and the wall. the sink is designed to splash. the lights cannot all be controlled from the bedside.
overall i had a pleasant stay.

I had a very unpleasant and disappointing stay at this hotel, service was extremely bad and food was awful, was served with stale food rather. Never going to think about this hotel again.

I have arranged one get together in the hotel. Food wesngood. Arrangements made as per my choice Specialention to the banquet manager Mr vikas, Amit Ravi for their support and prompt response for all query. The event went very smoothly without any issue

Poor checkout and checkin. Staff on counter but not ready to help. Differentiation in treatment with customer. Poor in room dinning, unhygienic breakfast experience.
