The hotel is nice & clean. I got room with race view which is nice. Swimming Pool is on the top of second building which have main restaurant, spa and fitness in that building too. Spa and salon here is using outsource which is great too. R-Bar for evening cocktail also great with variety of beer, wine and whisky.

Centrally located in Bangalore with a sprawling view of bangalore turf club. Rooms were clean and spacious.

Top notch service. Spacious room. Food is superb but a little bit on the pricier end ( breakfast buffet with free flow cheese platter and different kinds of pastries ).

It was a memorable trip. Services were top notch and impeccable service attitude seen in all staff. Frankly, I have not seen such a high service standards so far in my earlier visits to other countries and hotels. Staff was extremely courteous and made our trip very comfortable in all aspects. Would like to commend one particular female front office staff ms akansha who made all the sincere efforts to make our stay so comfortable. She also arranged to provide us rooms for early check ins as we were very tired upon arrival into the hotel. Please cherish all the staff who made our stay so so comfortable and we felt it like home. Kudos and 7 stars to the hotel for their impeccable and flawless services. Will definately stay again and recommend the hotel to my friends.

Big rooms

The room is very clean and well maintained. Personally, I am satisfied with the gym facilities. Breakfast was also good for foreigners.

A nice hotel about an hours drive from the airport. Very nice hotel offering roof top swimming pool, restaurant with delicious food. The rooms are large with all the usual amenities expected from Renaissance, has a lounge that opens in the evening, the quality of food provided was good, slightly slow service at breakfast time with wrong orders placed on the table apart from that experienced good service overall.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay at this great hotel. From check in and all through the stay the staff were courteous, helpful & friendly. At check in we were offered the option to upgrade our room and include club lounge access for a small amount (per night). This was a great option, included a high balcony view room & fabulous buffet breakfast. The highlight was the R Bar club lounge as this was from 5.30-8.30, included a good range of drinks, and large choice of canapés & local food/snacks. The staff in there were so good & we were able to watch our favourite sports in this lovely bar. Special mention to Tithi & Shriya in the lounge. I also booked into get my hair done in the Shea spa and Nirmal gave me a great treatment and blow dry for a reasonable cost. My son used the gym and was very impressed with the facilities.
