Lovely stay, nice pool, friendly staff, breakfast was good too, and location is v close to the Garuda mall. The only limitation is space, probably because it's in the city center. There is hardly any garden area and the size of the pool is small, though it's pretty nice! I would stay again next year! Good value for money.

Excellent stay at the ITC. What made it special was the service in the Jacaranda cafe. Kusuma was absolutely fantastic. Her warmth and hospitality will always be cherished. Mehboob and team were also very good. Girish really looked after us. Arabda was equally warm. Will be back again.

Very eco friendly. Zero carbon footprint. Rooms were clean, well maintained. Free breakfast has a wide spread.
