Though the ambience was good and the service was top notch. It was disappointing to know that it was a pure veg resort. It would be nice if they had mentioned that in the description. The maintenance of the resort needs to be looked into. It’s clean and hygienic but has a lot more potential for sure.

The resort was fantastic. Well maintained. Amazing swimming pool and cozy rooms. Easy check in and check out. That’s about it. The food was biggest disappointment. Not anywhere i saw they only serve veg food while booking this resort. They are conveniently misleading the guests by keeping it as vaguely as possible by keeping it as restaurant without mentioning what kind of food they serve. It’s a resort that serve veg food + boiled egg(for breakfast. Not sure how to even categorize this place.

Hi. We had a good day at golden palms. Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. Only one suggestion. Number of non veg cuisine is very less.

Hotel facilities have depleted. Signs of wear and tear in the rooms. They have stopped serving non-vegetarian food! overall not a pleasant stay and will not recommend to others.

The property and amenities are good, but the issue is with the food and the room serivce. The ownership of the hotel has changed and they have only vegetarian food no choice of non veg food any longer. Even in the veg menu they have nothing extraordinary. The number of staff has reduced due to which the room service gets delayed often. For the amount of money you pay the service are not great. Also the spa service is average the spa service has deteriorated over the last few years.
