Great breakfast assortment. Kind and polite staff, always ready to help. Room is compact but cozy. All required amenities are available in the room. Areas that can be improved : the racks in the bathroom are older and peeling off . However , I would highly recommend this hotel for the value for money it offers.

As always, they always make you feel comfortable and homely. Special thanks to their manager Prativa, excellent service and great hospitality. Breakfast at their open Balcony with perfect Bengaluru breeze makes a refreshing day start. Not to mention quality of the food, comfort room and location…always excellent! Highly suggested!

Not good.

It was so bad that the name Hyatt was meaningless. In Korea, this is not a hotel, it's a motel. ㅠㅠ The room had an old moldy smell that made me cough all the time. ㅠ This is a hotel I don't recommend~

The hotel is leaking, there is a smell, the room is very small, the price is very expensive, I really don't recommend it. If you have a chance, you can check out other hotels. It's a bit of a rip-off to book here...
