Me and my mate went there to celebrate our belated birthday.. This was my second visit and I felt the service and hospitality was over and above my expectations, definitely better than my last visit in 2020. The food, drinks, ambience and hospitality was remarkable. A special mention for Tanisha who really made our belated celebration very memorable, made us feel like a part of a fam with her unprecedented hospitality and Daisy - who made the fabulous cocktails, every sip felt like it was made with love and care. Will be visiting more often because of the experience

The room was amazing. The staff were welcoming and friendly (Sarah, Aryaman, Tanisha, Gracy, Rajal). The Pool with waterfall in the background had an amazing feel. The Sauna, Steam Room and Jacuzzi was a good experience. Far and East and Copitas is a must try the staff at both the restaurants are very knowledgeable and friendly.

Wanted to say that Ajay in the collections lounge is the most hospitable and amazing waiter, he is always polite and engaging with conversation. You have made our trip to Bangalore the most enjoyable, thanks Ajay. From the beautiful snacks to the best music that we have heard in a hotel for a very long time, totally amazed!

The property is beautiful. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is nice with the exception of the finicky air-con. If you like it cool, you will be fine. The restaurants were great but were out of a few wine and spirit items.

The hotel is very well maintained, and has the entire suite of luxury amenities one expects from a Four Seasons. The food was very good, with accurate labels for vegan options. One tip for prospective travelers: seek out Sarah in guest relations. She is an amazing ambassador for the hotel and will make your stay ten times better with her care and enthusiasm.

EMBODIMENT OF EFFICIENCY COURTESY AND PERSONALIZED CARE This was a business visit and I was extremely impressed by the cleanliness and efficiency of the highest order of the staff members. They are highly trained,meticulous with great attention to detail. I had checked in late but the executive at the reception ,Ms.Anjala, was the picture of consideration and courtesy! She took pains for my smooth check in formalities .Guided me about the next day's breakfast and since I was leaning early, she carefully noted down my vegetarian requirements and promised me that my breakfast would be packed and ready by 8:00 a.m. at the reception counter when I would be leaving. True to her words, she complied with my request in letter and spirit and very kindly packed a small packet of dry fruits also. Loved the staff especially Chandrika who helped retrieve my lost luggage and a million other helpful things! She went above and beyond!! My only complaint with the hotel is the moldy quality of the room and it looking a bit beat up, not well cared for.

Very helpful and polite team. All their service was perfectly on time and everything was comfortable and convenient. The rooms were clean and quiet and the conference rooms for work were well equipped too. The breakfast buffet was lovely and a great way to start the day.
