This was our second stay at arena hotel. It’s near to bengaluru airport, especially good after an early morning arrival. Staff were available and took care of our initial needs. We really appreciate the staff here - they’re friendly, accommodating and willing to take care of our every need. The room was spacious, clean enough although the ac was a little noisy. Over all we were very happy and well ok return here whenever we arrive in bengalaru. A big thanks to the excellent staff.

Hotel is good. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Staff is also cooperative and humble. Only need to improve quality of towels which are little old and does not look good

Very Satisfied and Pleasant Service with helpful staff especially Sunil, who was very much professional in his work. Nisarga ***** with Shilpa were also very helpful and professional in their work. The Room was well maintained and housekeeping did their work excellently. Food was also very good Srikanta, Subrata, Rahul were very assistive and were warm with us. Loved their warm service and hospitality.

It was really good and the staffs was friendly and awesome. The service was good. They were always on time if we need any assistance. The hotel rooms are clean and shine. Overall the experience was really good. Hotel around area was beautiful.

Mr Sunil is the Front desk leader and he was the nicest person I have ever met in Arna hotel. He was really helpful and Pleasant. All the hotel staff were Cooperative and helpfull. The hotel rooms are clean and shine. The food was good and perfect.

Excellent service by all. Neat and clean rooms 24 hours. Reception is good they will take care very much. Room service is good they will service all the time with patience and love. House keeping is good. They clean the room every day with so much care. Dining hall is good and the people in dining hall service with patience and love.
