Sorry to write this story in online ...!!! But there is no other way, We are a big fan of holiday Village food and ambiance, since we are staying close by, but we don't like botanica food ..!!! Last Saturday 25th may dinner we have visited to holiday Village as usual, waited in the restaurant entrance around 20 minutes, no one bothered to attend the walk in customers 😕 finally we have asked one steward to give the table he made us to sit on first floor, after 20 minutes one manager ( young ***) came to take our order and he said that your starters will take more then 30 minutes...! Already we have waited long time in the entrance again we have waited to give the food order again he's telling us to wait 30 minutes which is really not acceptable, No one is there to serve the water no spoons or napkins on the tables 😞 We were coming since many years we know the owner and those old staffs use to treat us like their own guest, we really miss those hospitality and service, When we asked manager about the hospitality he's telling new staffs and kitchen is busy, It use to more busy earlier days but we use to get golden service that is the reason we use keep coming to holiday Village, Indian gravy taste has come gone down very badly their appetizers also very average 😞😞😞 Not only we next to our table many guest are upset about the restaurant system,and manager should handle the guest not running like steward and busy @kitchen. Anyhow we done with it and never come back to holiday Village 😞😞 Unplanned operation system overall very very disappointed
