Good spot to connect to nearest places to visit. Rooms are good but little old hotel. No car parking space is the disadvantage.

Location is very good
food did not take as it was very expensive
maintenance is poor. Tv remote battery was not replaced. No towels were provided. Wash basin tap had no aerator. Hot water was available only in the morning

Ideal location (right at m g road, bengaluru) and not too far away from the m g road metro station, brigade road and church street. Good if and only if you are a solo traveler and for a short stay.

The hotel is at a very prime location & is cheaper than nearby hotels. But the rooms needed a little cleanliness(there were used cigarettes in bathroom floor) & the hotel staff lacked hospitality & courtesy.

No electricity and no proper arrangements for power cuts. There is no proper response from staff too.

It was a terrible experience to stay in komfort terraces, bangalore. I had booked non ac room but there was no ventilation to this room and i was supposed to keep main door open make air circulation intact, mobile charger socket was old and didn't charge my mobile, in bathroom shower was not working, they were not responding for room service phone and i begged them 3 hours to get bathing soap. Finally i checked out early and booked another room locally.

Prime location. Plug points are not working. Asked for an upgrade from non AC room to AC but no feedback. They only call me my room for check out 😃
