Booking was made by me. I made a mistake because I forgot that I have to catch a 8am flight the next morning. Too far from airport. I asked whether they can transfer my 2nd night to a Lemon Tree nearer to airport. There were no duty managers working. They said that I have to wait until 10am the following day. I check out and there were a few senior staff but they did nothing to address my problem (though they knew about my case - because every one of them were asking why we checked out). Used to stay at Lemon Tree hotels but with this bad experience, Lemon Tree will no longer be in my list.

It was a clean and spacious accommodation. The location was good, so it was convenient for business trips. I think I will visit again during my next business trip to India.

Very good, clean, well-appointed hotel. Perfect location for a week of business in Electronics City. WiFi is good and stable in the rooms as well! Very friendly and helpful staff throughout, especially Sneha for housekeeping! Breakfast is great with plenty of both Local and Western foods. Great gym and pool too!!!

I was denied the free happy hours package, they asked me to pay for one plus one offer. Either than the stay and food was good. Note not one mangers in that property was able to address my issues. Very poor response

Wonderful hospitality and nice citrus cafe restaurant with wonderful staffs helped me well. Cozy rooms which helps me to stay for a long 14 days.But I'm not well satisfied with the linen, they responded quickly and changed every linen ontime.

What a serene location it was nestled at; the staff of the hotel made it even more pleasant with their non-intrusive attention. What surprised me was the housekeeping staff, supervised by the friendly manager Anand (who goes the extra mile by fulfilling requests), who folded my strewn clothes and left a pleasant floral arrangement on the bed. Breakfast spread was extensive and though I never had supper, I espied the spread one evening and it was quite large too. Definitely recommended, this place!
