Double bed provided instead of twin bed. Dirty towel. Plumbing shaft inside the room, lot of nuisance. Washroom door lock button broken. Hot water never came ordered fish and other non-veg dish was not good at all

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon check-in, the female receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. Despite my booking confirmation for an executive suite, she claimed there were no other rooms available when i raised concerns about my room, even though the booking site clearly showed available rooms. The room itself was a disappointment. The air conditioning was unbearably loud, making a noise similar to a vacuum cleaner, which made it impossible to relax or sleep comfortably. For a property advertising itself as upscale, such issues are unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend staying here until the staff improves their attitude and the hotel addresses its maintenance issues. A disappointing experience overall.

I would like to write about gym trainer, he has got really good knowledge about workout. Within 1st glance he understood the stiffness which I was feeling in calf muscles.he helped me with some good stretching exercises and cardio exercises

Stayed with friend for two day. The stay was good, view was mesmerizing from room. From check in to check out everything was perfect. Room was speak and span and had all the amenities that required for short trip. Praveen was helpful who asked for our stay. Will visit soon.
