Excellent hotel, upgraded the room for free. There was a need to extend the stay, they extended it at a promotional price (when booking), although on aggregators and the hotel website the room was twice as expensive.

The food and facilities are good. Particularly impressed by the customer service at the property. While everyone was courteous and helpful, a special shout out to Manash who is a real star. He just takes customer service to another level. Thanks for making my stay comfortable.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The service was good, and the property is conveniently located on the main road, making it easy to access. However, the rooms lack scenic views, with one side facing the road, another a hospital, and the other an office building. The toiletries provided could be improved to better match the expected standards. Additionally, there are limited dining or shopping options within a 1 km radius, which may be inconvenient for guests looking to explore nearby.

I have been staying at this hotel frequently for the past two year for easy accessibility to manipal hospitals. The room is, service and food is slightly overpriced but we value the security and location. But whatbis beyond comprehension to me is how every single room has these badly engineered sinks. I don not understand how they were able to install sinks that are not inclined to the drainage and accumulate sediments from the whole day.

very good service and hospitality ***** with best location. Staff was very courteous , food was very tasty and fresh. Staff was always on toes to serve. Descent rooms with all the essentials needed are present at the room. If travelling here one should chose this hotel.
