The Elanza Hotel, Bangalore

I would say this hotel is great! Their rooms are clean the staffs are very approachable especially the room guy whatever I ask he gives the crew also in the buffet they will ask you foods you want and everything. Before I left I had breakfast and this guy just let me sit and get foods for me. That's a very nice act! Thanks to them. The guard also was very helpful. I don't give comments to which hotel I stayed but this hotel deserves it. God bless everyone 😇

Elanza hotel is located in centre of the city at reasonal prices. Good place to stay both for family visit and business visit as well

Would say … rather not up to the mark for following reasons 1. Dust in the room and linen 2. Mosquitoes in the room 3 . Physical damage to one mirror and at one place on the wood work 4. Very limited menu for the buffet breakfast

Clean room, complimentary breakfast, supportive staff, rooms have all the necessary amenities. Very modern switches and lighting.

We were on a family tour of bangalore and booked a 3 night stay at the elanza, seeing the great reviews. But my very first interaction with them was underwhelming. I reached bangalore at 11 am and their check-in was at 2 pm. So i called ahead to inform them of my early arrival, their response was very cold, flatly refusing an early check-in, even after telling them that i had no where else to go. On reaching the hotel they were not welcoming at all. The entire lobby was empty with just one person at the reception who did not even have a smile, rather an irritated expression. He said we would be charged for early check-in and still made us wait for an hour in the lobby as the rooms were not ready, in spite of calling and informing ahead. The rooms however were neat and clean at the outset, although we later found some termite nests on the ceiling, see pics. The room service and daily room cleaning was good. The breakfast spread was very disappointing. They had very limited and meagre variety of dishes. The taste was average, no complaints. But the service was very bad, because the dishes would run out quickly and we would have to keep asking to refill and keep everyone waiting. When it finally comes, the quantity would be so less that it would run out soon and the rest of us would still be waiting. This was so frustrating because families would just keep walking up to the buffet table and walk back disappointed and wait again. The overall feel was that they were running the hotel on strict budget and cost control, as they were short staffed. Overall it was an average experience, since my requirement was for a safe, accessible and neat place to crash for the night. If you are looking for an exciting hotel experience this is not the place for you.

Nice ambiance centrally location. Easy access everywhere the service of dinesh at the restaurant was excellent

Nice place to stay, i was here on a business trip. Best part about this place is the location i. E. Richmond road. Nice staff, clean room!

This was my worst hotel experience I had in life. The hotel was like ******* house no light in the front office. To be honest on what basis this hotel was given 4 star is not understood. We have booked city view room but the view was not city view. We booked 3 adults and we have given two bed and one small sofa. The curtains was torn one. The bedsheets were all stained we asked for replacement, worser sheet were brought. The key holder was broken one.We were struggling to open the doors. The bathroom shower was not working properly we had to make adjustments in using it by simply touching it the complete came off. The selection of food was poor. The front office boy didn't know anything when we asked we want take away box of, since we cannot have breakfast in the morning we have a meeting to attend he said no. When morning I asked a lady there is but we were already late for the meeting. There was no option of swap meal also that to in four star Hotel. They don't have some basic nesscary things like icepack when we called the front office they didn't have. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Good hotel & cooperative staff. Very close from many city central places. One suggestion: they can improve the options in complimentary breakfast. Currently those are very limited.
