The best hotel we stayed in India. It’s new and clean. All the staffs are very professional, helpful and friendly. Around the hotel, you can find so many good places to eat and hang out.

Room is comfortable. Foreigner food variation is not much, and taste is so so. Waited for 30 mins when I called to refill water in room, turned up called 3 times only I get couple small bottles of water.

What a stunning hotel! Gorgeous room with super comfy beds and the staff were amazing. Very luxurious and a pleasure to stay in. Excellent value for money and close enough to the main areas.

The staff were always friendly and the bedding was in good condition. I will choose here next time I go on a business trip again. I was really satisfied.

The hotel is so good! It’s very comfortable!! It has a great service room. The clean is perfect and I had an opportunity to know Sangram that he does his work very well. Besides of this, all restaurant team is so gentle! I always feel very well here. The breakfast is delicious!

The city is beautiful, weather is lovely. You can find plenty of food cuisine. The people are kind and friendly. Offering lots of help and services. I been in Tech Tonic lounge bar I found friendly staff and kind. I had lovely coffee and food. Staff Narsen. Nuvaid and Megha. Vijay. Ronandio are welcoming and sweet. I strongly suggest this place however is luxury and great value.

We are here for HMUN India 14th session. The overall experience was very good. The rooms are clean, the toilet is well equipped. The wardrobe is very gut. Then entire process was very smooth and its a great place to work. Would recommend you all.

I had a wonderful stay at Hilton. The hotel itself was comfortable and well-maintained, but what really stood out to me was the exceptional service from the staff, particularly the chef, Miss Anushree. One morning, I ordered breakfast and found the uttapam to be a bit too spicy for my taste. To my surprise, Miss Anushree personally came to check on me and asked about my experience. She genuinely cared about my feedback and ensured that I was happy with the rest of my meal. This level of attention and care truly shows how much they value their customers. It’s rare to find such dedication to customer satisfaction, and it made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a place where you’re not just another guest, but truly cared for.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru for a month for business with a couple of my colleagues. I had an incredible stay. This is my second time returning and the employees turned this into the most homely, comfortable stay ever. Staying in a hotel for a whole month sometimes can get a little mundane as you don’t really feel like it’s home and never get too comfortable. Mevin, front of house was incredible. One of the best employees there, in my opinion. I have met most employees due to my extended stay and he made the hotel like a home for me & colleagues. We met Mevin as he came upto us asking how our stay had been and then we all got chatting. The more we spoke to Mevin, the more we then looked forward to seeing him each day to have a catch up on all of our work days. I fell sick during my stay and he arranged for a doctor to come to the hotel, he arranged for my prescription also after the doctor and he even came to my room with the doctor so i felt more comfortable and wasn’t alone. He would always ensure me and my colleagues were comfortable and felt at home by arranging robes to our rooms, slippers and would always ask if we needed anything else. Only on occasion we would request for something else and he would arrange for that to be sent to the room almost instantly, within seconds. Whilst i was sick he also arranged for particular foods to be given to me, to try and get me back to better health. Me and my colleagues would look forward to seeing Mevin he is a ray of sunshine and honestly, made this hotel more like a home for us. Having employees who make an extreme effort with you, to get to know you, to ensure you’re comfortable goes such a long way. This would’ve / could’ve been a standard stay in a hotel where the employees are polite, they’re helpful and they’re at the level you expect in this franchise of hotels but no, Mevin was above this and i am so grateful he was there present during my stay. I hope his efforts get recognised and rewarded as truly, i would opt to return due to my experience with him. Me & my colleagues will miss seeing him each day. If there was ever any problems such as we’re missing laundry or we require something more in the room, he would resolve it instantly. It seems he is so superior even when he hasn’t been at the hotel for years & years. His customer service is impeccable. Ajay, Indu & Subhajit in F5 made our restaurant experience flawless. As we were staying for such an extended amount of time the manager Ajay would ensure we always had everything we needed and more. He would go through the efforts of bringing us foods to try, ordering naan’s for us as he knew we loved the cheese naan and reserved a table outside for us as that was our preference. One evening he arranged for a specific meal to be cooked for us by the chef as he understood that eating at the buffet for 4 weeks sometimes can get a little repetitive.
