Getting worse day by day, second visit in two month, ac not working, rooms and bathrooms not being cleaned daily, once key opens all lockers in room. And reception and management least bothered.

The rooms were quite affordable and it was a great value for money. The toilets were neat and good. The stay was in the heart of the city. This helped us to travel to certain places in the city.

The location was easy to find and in the heart of the city. Only minor issues were; the was no parking space for cars and the lift was very old (it could only carry limited number of people ~3, and it was very slow. Other than those issues, the stay was very clean, beds were nice, cabinets provided for bags were spacious. Would recommend for a really good experience at an affordable price.

Property location - excellent connectivity amenities - it's lively that is all you would need being a solo business traveller. Service - front desk is very prompt and helpful for everything.

No car parking and very bad management. I am sure will never ever visit gostop properties. Made us wait for long time and lot of other issues. Frustrated

I have terrible experience, everyone have very rude behaviour, even if you ask a glass or help for something straight no in a very rude way, i believe hospitality should be polite and helpful.
