The approach road leading to the hotel is not great. It is a treacherous way and slightly considered as deep interior. The look ok in the photos but the room was below average. I had done a reservation for a medium sizes room with queen bed. The hotel staff on arrival informed the room is sold out and forcefully offered a twin bed (both beds were on either sides of the walls. Couldn't think of even relax stretching. The room had 2 single beds, tv, wardrobe, bathroom. No ac, no power backup, no soap, no water bottles. I experienced a power cut during my overnight stay and pitch darkness for over 20 mins. When i demanded for the queen bed room that i booked, they said it was sold out. After insisting, the hotel staff (who was drunk) offered a shabby run-down room with wall paints peeling off and extremely dirty linen beddings. During the night i dealt with cockroaches and tiny insects on my bed. I opted for a room with breakfast and paid extra. The next morning when asked for the restaurant, i was asked if i want to have idly, dosa and vada. The same would be purchased from a near by street stall and sent to the room. To my utter dismay, i rejected their breakfast offer. I right away checked out of that hotel after spending a horrific 10 hours in the hotel overnight.
