This hotel is too bad for their service. It's near the airport but my room isn't good. Electricity isn't stable. They charged more for 2nd adult for extra time.

I really love this place. It's just amazing experience. I stayed here 3 nights. Good hospitality and customer service . Staffs are polite and professional. Delicious food. I am sure I will come again whenever I visit Bangalore. Thank you.

First of all hotel location is nearby by airport which was very important for me, Staff behaviour was very humble and polite, room was neat and clean with premium interior and fittings, breakfast was delicious and with lots of options to choose. Overall it was a great experience of staying at shivash Gateway hotel, would like to visit again for sure.

It was a great experience at hotel. The staff was so friendly & polite. Food was excellent. Rooms & loo were hygienic. Having a cab pick-up and drop facilities. Near to the Airport just 15 minutes. Have Access to the city from there. Providing high speed wifi.

Cleaning was good room are clean specially Naseema staff was very good..... Rooms are cleaned properly and well maintained house keeping staffs are good........ Overall good experience with Shivas Gateway .... Had a pleasant stay there...

Took a transit halt at Shivas Gateway. Was pleasantly surprise. The room is basic, but clean and reasonably well appointed. Everything works, the a/c, kettle, Wifi. The breakfast spread is great, very elaborate and good stuff. The staff is friendly too. Nice option near the toll-gate, near the airport at BLR.

Room/Room service was great. Before booking i chcked food reviews n they were great and yes after eating i can suerly say it is awesome. Room space was good. Bathroom hotwater was also 24x7. U can order from swiggy zomato but in rules it was mentioned outside food isnt allowed. But after asking them they said u can

Hi. Was transiting thru and was too tired to travel. Soo booked our place at Shivas gateway. I must say that, the place is very comfortable, easy access to airport and the main highway. Staff are very polite and courteous. The restaurant food is amazing. Breakfast was complimentary. The staff there too are very nice n helpful. Sad that I could stay there only for a night. Will visit again for sure. Bed is very comfortable. Bathrooms are big and spacious. Really worth the money. Every thing was positive at this place. Nothing negative. Will surely come back again.

It was clean and good. Staff were attentive. Thought at check in, only 1 person was at the front and many guests were in line waiting, other than that, it was good and felt safe staying there. This hotel is close to Airport. They will provide Airport shuttle at 800 per way.
