The service is very bad, the room key no function. The service person is not helping to figure it out.

Near by airport, good location, easy for transportation

A beautiful hotel staff very friendly. Breakfast buffet really nice lots of choices. Had an evening meal, for such a large hotel prices very reasonable. Had a problem with the bath reported it, was repaired with 30 minutes. Great service. Will be going back. The food was good, but service was poor. Improper communication, we were the first in the restaurant we placed the main course order by 950pm, food came by 10:40pm, if it were a full house, we could understand but given there were hardly any people, it was unacceptable. We would have understood had they informed us there would be a delay in our order, but no information. Staff need to be trained about communicating clearly to guests, also they others who came after us received their order much faster! Please look into this and have the same improved!
