I didn't get the room that i booked, instead got a lower category room. My check in was delayed by an hour. Service was very bad.

We got shifted to another hotel in which the rooms were filled with cockroaches and the bathroom tap was broken. The bedsheets and towels were dirty too. The complimentary breakfast was roadside packed food and took an hour to reach.

Stay was good rooms were clean staff was good but the distance mentioned from bangalore airport was given wrong by huge margin so please make this thing corrected because we book hotel according to location. Ok. Nothing more to say
