Elegant and contemporary hotel with excellent service from every staff member whom I encountered. About 10 to 15 minutes. Walk from the nearest SkyTrain Station but a fantastic air-conditioned shuttle bus operates every 15 minutes from the hotel to the station and back. Rooms on the lower floors have not been renovated and retain a darker traditional tire style which may not be to everyone's taste. Therefore, it is well worth paying the nominal 300 baht per night surcharge for the newly refurbished rooms which are far brighter and more contemporary with upgraded technology. Well-equipped gym and enormous freeform pool which is equally suitable for lap swimming. Slept very well on a very comfortable mattress with silky soft linens. I really could not find any issue to fault except for the fact that windows are not double glazed and traffic is occasionally audible.

Excellent and attentive service upon check-in. Stayed on the Residence side of the hotel. Our floor was very quiet and peaceful. The room was clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfy as well. Fully-equipped kitchen. Delicious room service options available around the clock. Breakfast buffet was lovely each morning, with a wide variety of food options. Many thanks to Mr. Game and Ms. Vivian (and all others) at Cafe @ 2. The spa was a lovely experience. I recommend the scrub, facial and massage package. Area around the hotel had many shops and restaurants nearby. Central Embassy shopping center was within walking distance. Concierge was amazing and assisted my group greatly in booking tours and transportation to various places. We booked a Pattaya day trip and a dinner cruise on the Wonderful Pearl. Thanks for an amazing experience, Conrad Bangkok! I really enjoyed my weeklong stay!
