Conveniently located at Huay Kuang mrt station.. 2 stops away from Rama 9 shopping.. not too far to and from airport.. great food for Asians nearby.. breakfast was good spread… good value for money.. Will stay again soon 👍

The service was very good and the staff is all friendly and helpful.the gym was quite big and the lobby has alot of seats. The nearest mrt is about 2mins walk and there is a 7-11 nearby

Despite we arrived early and checking in is at 3 pm , a beautiful and friendly lady by the name of Ms Beam, greeted with her warm smile. She helped us to do the necessary documents and assuring me that our room will be ready by 2pm . Surprisingly, our room was ready before 3pm. We got a relatively high floor and when we opened the room, we saw a heart nicely decorated with rose petals. Shortly after, the door bell rang and the staff presented us a Happy Anniversary Cake. Really appreciate their kind gestures and efforts. Loved the roses 🌹too. Truly recommended this hotel for those that wanted to be away from the busy shopping area but still accessible by the trains . Only 5 direct stops to Chinatown, which is one of the plus point. I will definitely stay in this hotel on my next BKK trip!

Nice and convenient location,very near to hwai Kwang mrt and hwai Kwang night market.Hotel service is very good.insta worthy lobby and restaurants.

A five star but dated hotel Huge room with comfortable bed but lack of electrical points. Location a bit far from Sukhumvit but have a 24hrs Chinese restaurant opposite.

it’s a great place with friendly pricing for a 5 star hotel. the staff are great as well with good location as it’s walking distance to the subway. however there’s not much things to do in the area and the nearest supermarket is 10-15 min walk away but overall still worth to stay here

Now under Accor, SWissotel is not a new hotel but always love it here at BKK Huay Kwang area, street food, night market & MTR nearby. Hotel is big room space & very 90's feeling. I like it here, except the many noisy Chinese tourist who shouts from the lobby across when they talk. Its Chinese culture for aunties & uncles who cannot control their volume. They hog the breakfast buffet which was otherwise very nice serving of Thai & Intennational buffet. I had a 40sqm room facing the pool and the view with russian swimmers is just a bonus. Rooms are spacious & hotel very well maintained. Great Value for money

Close to Hwai Kwang mrt. Hotel staff were very welcoming. Doorman & porter staff were all very helpful and friendly. Look for Mr Tik. Didn't ask for cleaning the entire stay. Just asked for new towels & others. Always stayed in this hotel when I am in town. Sadly now filled with a lot of China loud tourists.

I find the hotel is Abit too far from the city..but it's ok caused it's very near the train station..the room we got is super spacious and clean..thank you hotel staff for arranging honeymoon treats and decor for us..I'm super flattered🥰 Everything was nice..I would like to suggest for hotel f&b to open a halal sections for breakfast buffet as many Muslims traveller staying in the hotel,our food selections Is very limited..thank you. Great job swissotel Bangkok ratchada..hope to see u guys again.

Horrifying experience with a hk guy named kenny.think he is the manager on duty.came to serve me with a pretentious face acting like he wanna help!!did not offer to do anything at all!in fact his face showed obvious signs of unhappiness.is this the level of service swisshotel upholds??forget to mention kenny is in cahoots with a guest service staff named took ta or something.she was obviously very fake and rude to me!!she even ignored me when my room light and aircon were faulty.she thought i was kidding.and i was left stranded with my sick toddler.iwanted to see their gm but hes at germany!!saving grace was a manager named pimmada.top notch service from her to salvage the situation.that was on day 2 already.kudos to all the hard working bell boys also.

convenient place next to mrt, and also next to markets, temples, chinatown. Nice breakfast buffet, would be good to offer more vegan choices.

Rooms ok, beds comfortable. Near train station. Very convenient.
