Travelled as a duo with mum. Had a great time in this hotel, family friendly too. Located just beaide phaya thai station (there's a connecting bridge). Service was excellent, staffs are polite and have initiative, making our stay comfy. Everything is assessible via an app (download at reception) if you want to request for any toiletries, services. Breakfast spread was extensive, so many choices from continental breakfast to asian menu. The duration is from 6am to 11am. Great when you have a morning flight like me and still able to fill your tummy. There are 2 pools, infinity pool accesible till 9pm. My mum and I enjoyed our stay here and can't wait to return again. Thank you to the staffs at grand eastin phaya thai for making our stay memorable❤️

The hotel breakfast and dinner buffet are excellent. Variety of choices including lots of seafood.

Excellent location with a covered walkway to BTS, can easily get to the SIAM shopping belt. Also linked to the airport train line,which is a big plus! Buffet breakfast has many options but suggest to have more varieties every two days,we stayed here for a week, no free upgrade though,no welcome drink also. Looking thru the prices seem to be increasing a lot nowadays compared to 3 mths ago when I booked

Had a wonderful stay here and I booked 2 rooms. Unfortunately we didn't get the connecting room but they put us close to each other. Loved the breakfast, however I wish they a halal section for Muslim travellers. The pool was superb and cozy. Stayed at 24th Floor and view was majestic. Used Grab most of the time but there is no location of hotel lobby. Most of the time it state Exit 1 of Phaya Thai BTS Station so it confuses the Grab Driver.

Hotel are new with great facilities. 2 beautiful pools at 22/f and 37/f, stunning view. 24 hrs gym room. Buffet breakfast are great, no matter east or west. My stays at two double rooms (with door between), spacious and quiet, air conditioning are coooool. I love it!

Excellent location and all staffs are helpful a polite, the breakfast buffet provides variable of dishes! Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed staying at Eastin Grand Hotel. The service is very nice, the two swimming pools are both great with good views.

This hotel super convenient only 2 mins walk after exit Phayathai airport railway station. The breakfast not bad have lots of choice.

Great location! From Suvarnabhumi Airport, take the Airport Rail Link to Phayathai station. The hotel is only a 30-minute journey, which is very convenient. Highly recommended! The hotel is nice and clean.

We were very surprised for the arrangement and thank u for the duty manager, ms Nicha on the day we stayed in. The room is clean, the food is delicious, the staff is nice and the pool view is spectacular. Overall 10/10 given.

Everything is perfect, just next to BTS and Airport Line. Newly opened, great staff, great services, extraordinary breakfast. But one think is a bit strange to me that there is no water refill machine in the pools but in the gym only, both are recreation facilities to me. We have to buy the water or other drinks.
