Quiet as not near the main road, easy to find using Grab (app). The bed is comfortable, not hard not too soft. Has micro oven, fridge and laundry machine. The lamps look nice. The continental breakfast is simple, but ok for business trip. Noodles, mandarin (orange) and peanut butter is good. Has shuttle to BTS and hospital in the nearby every 30min. Quite different style from Novotel in the UK, but would be cozy to stay, if the hotel Wi-Fi hadn't gone down for 3 days since day 1.

3rd stay at Novotel, no regrets, great staff, great housekeeping, just the occasional weird and rude oriental guests that don't respect the staff and other guests.

clean room ,house keeper is very nice air condition very cold I love it. TV can open netflix and gym open til 10.00PM

I felt that the hotel will only give the least preferred room to customers who book via trip.com. The room given to me is very old and things are well used such as carnet cloth closet, stove and washing machine. I don't even dare to use the washing machine due to the dust and broken equipment. The breakfast is quite sad and there are not many choices. 7-11 choices are better. The cereal are sadly in a small tiny bottle.

Not as good as expected because the hotel is quite old and not well maintained, but not expensive. However, may not consider to stay here again next time.
