First of all, there is no sign to indicate which building is the hotel. I am quite disappointed with the service. I have been trying to contact the accommodation for check-in but no one has accepted my call. I had to kept call and wait on the street for one and a half hours.
The room was okay but the toilet was quite old. The water pressure was low.
I hope you guys improve your service and take care of other things more.

The room was perfect, very clean. The hotel is a stone's throw from an MRT station, and two 7/11s.
On the other hand, it was very complicated to find the hotel, it's just a door without a name, in a corner of an alley, there is no sign or sign.
No receptionist and very complicated communication with the owners.
The soundproofing between the apartments is very poor.

At first, I arrived at the hotel but could not contact the accommodation. When I was able to contact them, the staff apologized and provided very good service. I booked a room on the 5th floor, but the staff changed it to the 3rd floor because the hotel does not have an elevator and was afraid of walking tiredly. Overall, I am very impressed. The staff are polite and the service is lovely. The room is very clean, quiet, and quite soundproof. The TV can watch Netflix and YouTube. It is close to delicious restaurants. If I have a chance, I will definitely stay here again. I love it.

Easy to commute with MRT, good location, noce host, clean and safe, easy to find somewhere around to eat at late night, fair price up to its standard. A bit tricky to find the entrance 'cause they don't have nameplates; see the picture.
