I had a pleasure of staying at Zensation The Residence during my visit to Bangkok, and I must commend the exceptional service provided by Butter. From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with a warm smile and a kind demeanor that immediately made us feel welcome.
Butter went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. She was always friendly and attentive, taking the time to address our concerns and solve any problems we encountered during our stay. Quiet location, large rooms, but the living area ac unit only blowed room temperature air and getting taxis was quite difficult.

The hotel hardware is very good in all aspects, it is clean, the facilities are complete, and the cleaning is timely. The front desk service also speaks some Chinese, which is pretty good.
It was the security guard at the door who actually laughed at the Chinese pronunciation. It was really off the mark. He didn't even notice that the guests were all Chinese, but he actually laughed at the guests' Chinese pronunciation. I guess this security guard doesn't have any quality either.
Later, I changed to a hotel where the price was lower. The security guard greeted me politely and opened the door every time.
