Location: 10 min walk to BTS and MRT, 7 eleven nearby Room: Decent size with everything amenities you need. Comfort bed. Cons: bad design of the bathroom, water ponding issue. every time after shower water will not flow out. Noisy, bad sound proof. U can literally hear people talking next room and tuk tuk noise. Breakfast was good. Alot of variety. Alot of Google review mention front desk was rude. I did not experience that and mostly they are nice and speak English well. The one that rude should be bell boy.

The hotel room is very spacious and new. For the price paid, super worth it. Location. Is very convenient too !

Many of the rooms do not have a view - they face the opposite residential building. I checked in early and was given a room on the 2nd floor. Although I requested a higher floor (both in my booking and at the time of check-in), the staff said it was the only room then available. I was very tired so I accepted it. Yet, when I checked out the room, I found that it faced a green ground with no sunlight at all. I requested to change the room and the staff then offered me a room on a higher floor. I had 3 out of the 4 pillow covers changed due to stains. Also, I had to request a refill of soap and toilet paper on my last night of stay. Other than that, the hotel is good value for money given it's relatively new and its convenient location - it's a 7-8 minute walk to Asok BTS station, Sukhumvit Metro station and Terminal 21.

Walking distance to BTS. Everything seem good except the room cleaning seem not satisfactory.

was in room 510. 1. The toilet was stuck, cannot flush, 2. ****** (for sure) in that room keep making noisy. Cannot sleep at all and have to change room for a better sleep. 3. The concierge never helps even they see you taking many stuffs and still stand and Chi chat and ignore you. 4. Front desk cannot speak English well. Do not recommended.

Strategic location! Everything u need is in walking distance, BTS, convenience store, restaurants. Not to mention quiet place too as the hotel about 500m from the main roads. P/S: thanks to the receptionist to allow us for an early check in. Much appreciated! And the breakfast was superb too,

Modern , clean hotel. I used the swimming pool , gym. It is crowded at breakfast. Good location close to Terminal 21 mall, Asok BTS station. Good stay

New hotel , good location but beware tat always traffic to travel in and out

Great room, good check in process and also very relaxing, staff was friendly and also helpful. Will come back for stay with family during future visits.

The hotel is grand, the room is bigger than my expectation, they also gave us a room with a bathtub. There is also a swimming pool in the rooftop. Everything is nice in the hotel, just beside the place is a bit far from station, need at least 10 mins walk from hotel. But you can try to meet the time to take hotel shuttle, which is convenient a lot. And the hotel manager is very kind n nice, as I met some accident on the check out day, she gave us a lot of assistance, and offer us late check out for handling stuff. Recommend!

Terrible experience. Not sure why it’s 5 stars. Even though it just opened last year, room was dirty, dust in the corners, water marks, etc. The common areas were not well maintained either. We stayed 3 nights, they only cleaned our room once though we requested for our room to be cleaned daily. On that one room refresh, they did not bother to throw the trash in the bins neither did they replenish toiletries. We requested for a wake up call on the last day as we were leaving at 5am, no wake up call given. It’s really bewildering how this is a 5 star hotel.
