It is a small family hotel with old and small rooms. The bathroom is shared and far away. The air conditioning equipment is old and the sound insulation is poor. The sound of car motors coming from the road will not stop during the day and night.

The friendliest guesthouse in Bangkok ! 2 mins away from party center yet room is quiet . Only 3 mins away from subway Sukhumvit station, 7 mins from famous shopping mall- Terminal 21. Also room is very clean cozy, breakfast is the best for this budget price. Highly recommended
