The location is awkward. It seems to be in the bustling Sukhumvit area, but it's tucked away in an alley. It takes 20 minutes to walk to the BTS, and while the hotel offers a shuttle, it only runs once an hour on the hour, which is very inconvenient. There's a 7-Eleven within 200 meters, which is the only positive. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the cleanliness! The room smelled terribly moldy! There was a foul odor coming from the drain! It was very damp! I had to switch rooms twice, and both had the same issues! The hairdryer was an old, bulky model from the early 2000s! The airflow was weak and ineffective! The front desk phone was often unanswered! One morning, I called at least 20 times! No one picked up! The shower in the bathroom required standing in the bathtub! The bathtub drainage was very poor! Water would accumulate within two minutes of showering! It was really unhygienic! The cleanliness was terrible! There were cobwebs on the room's desk! How can they miss cleaning this spot every day? There's no air conditioning in the hallway corridors! The pool water was murky!

Very nice hotel, great location, excellent staff. It's centrally located and just a stone's throw from the EM district.

1. We were assigned a room on the seventh floor, 0702. As soon as I opened the curtains, I could see guests by the pool, and the toilet was right next to the window. 2. Around 1 AM, the pendant light by the bed suddenly fell, waking me up from my sleep. There was also the sound of an electrical short circuit, and then the power went out in the entire room... What a 'surprise'! Later, I noticed that the light's wires had already been wrapped with electrical tape. 3. The lights in the bathroom and room would occasionally turn on by themselves (likely a wiring issue). We switched rooms on the third day to 1201. This twin room had a completely different layout and was much better than 0702.

The hotel is comfortable and clean. There's a 24-hour cafe downstairs offering food and drinks. They also have a shuttle service that goes to the BTS station every hour, or you can walk to the Skytrain station in about ten minutes. A Starbucks is right next door, and a 7-Eleven is about 100 meters away. It's located in the lively Sukhumvit area, making it very convenient for getting around.

Terrible hotel. The air conditioning unit was right above my head and incredibly noisy. I reported the issue as soon as I checked in on April 2nd, but didn't receive any communication until a note was slipped under my door around 11 PM on April 3rd, offering a room change. Who moves rooms in the middle of the night at 11 PM? The hotel staff never once tried to communicate with me directly. Trip.com also just shirked responsibility, claiming the guest was unreachable or unwilling to cooperate. Very disappointing, I definitely won't be staying here again.

My family member was hospitalized, so I was frequently traveling to and from Semitavej Hospital, which is about a 10-minute walk away. The hotel offers mid-range value for money. There are many shops around the hotel, which is quite convenient.
