Great service and clean room but location is a bit far to center and it's hard to get in MRT and BTS. The only option to travel is bus and it's really inconvenient

- Aesthetically pleasing decor throughout the hotel. - simple check in - Location is good, especially if you travel using a bike it’s faster to get around. - lacking attention to detail.. curtains don’t fit the windows properly.. the electricity kept going out - at least 4 times an evening and throughout the night… something about it felt incomplete - no slippers/shower gel in the room, confusion to get basic hand towels/floor mat. - went down for breakfast once and it was crap. Didn’t seem to be much choice. Note: Remind your Chinese staff they don’t need to shout 老外 when they see people who look different to them!! The fact is we are all foreigners to Thailand, including them!! Leave that ignorant behaviour at home, we don’t appreciate it on holiday.

I was in many hotels in bangkok. You better find another hotel. The mannaging of this hotel is very poor, no one knows his work, everyrhing is a mess. You better put your money somewhere else.

Later checkin available. No security guard at the entrance. Staffs not professional due to new open, someone said able to later check out, another one said there’s additional charge in a next day. Plenty of parking lot. New and clean amenities and very good toilet mirror compare to others current Thai hotel. Breakfast currently is only in room set breakfast available. Every rooms have toilet and shower room.

The hotel is located at the center very suitable for vacation.The hotel lobby is grand and beautiful decorated. All was perfect.

Nice and new room

Newly opened this year, basically serving Chinese people. The location is not in the city, but there is a skytrain station within 1 km that can go directly to the airport, and there are also 711 nearby. The Xi'an Banquet downstairs is more authentic and very friendly to Chinese stomachs like me. The decoration looks good, but you can't look closely, the materials and construction are average. The river view is good, and I happened to be doing business nearby. I will choose this place next time. But if you want to travel, it is recommended to choose a more central one.

The hotel is great, the view is good, the room is very new, no smell at all, the front desk service is very good, and they all speak Chinese.

The hotel room is very big. The double room we stayed in this time was very comfortable and suitable for hanging out with friends. It is much more cost-effective than hotels in Pattaya. The price is cheap and the room is large.
