I stayed here with my cats for two weeks. I had a comfortable stay, near shops, restaurants and the train station. I will certainly stay here in future again. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Horrible location. No street lights also in this location at night time. Very bad room. Washroom water blocked. I Never recommend for anyone .

I paid for two night and upon checkinn they told me the rooms are fully booked and they opted to find me another place to sleep for my two nights . The room they put me in was dirty and doesnt look like its a hotel .. I am still traumatized. Not even an animal can stay in it ...🤮🤮🤮

Enjoyed my stay at this place and will recommend it to others in future. There staff are friendly

Location wise- it is very far and the road going to the hotel is narrow. The hotel is not that clean and the bedsheets seem like unchanged and it smells bad. We immediately checked-out the same day we arrived.

This is a little trip for traveler who need a place for stay , I really don’t recommend to stay in this hotel was very dirt and people smoke in the building so badly Go another place and don’t need to worry about cheap hotel always ****

The room was so dirty. There was no TV. The bed sheet and pillowcases looked like they hadn't been changed. It smelled really bad. The room was really bad. I had to check out that night. The air conditioner turned on for a while and then turned off. The room was really different from the picture. This is the picture of the room when I opened the door and went in.

The owner speaks well and provides very good service, but the rice vendor doesn't speak well and the employees don't care about the customers at all. The customers asked for towels 3 times and still haven't received them. The employees replied that the towels are not dry yet.

When you arrive, you have to wait for a room. The employee said the room had just been released. Even though you have already reserved Inside the room is okay, not bad. The price is suitable for the accommodation.

The receptionist provides good service, the room is spacious, the air conditioning is cool, and not far from the MRT.

I used the service, the entrance is quite narrow and deep. The apartment is broken. Went in to check in and the receptionist talked on the phone for about 20 minutes. As I stand and wait As soon as he moved, he hung up the phone and asked with a dissatisfied expression. And used a bad tone of voice. When I got the room, it smelled bad and I wasn't prepared at all. The light that plugged in the key card had broken off. Have to keep moving all the time After a while the light went out. Then you have to move again. Call and let someone know. Just use the word "bear with it". Hey!! Should I change rooms? Finally, in the morning, I had to go request to change rooms myself. Which I booked to stay for 3 days was an extremely bad experience. and there is an expectation that the service will not be used again
