Cleaniness and room maintenance could be better for a hotel at this level. Service was good though. And spectacular pool was the highlight of the stay.

Contrary to some of the reviews which I read on trip.com which made me initially reconsider my booking, the hotel truly lived up to its reputation & name and we had one of the most comfortable stays! The rooms are large and spacious and the bathroom is superb! The linen, furniture toiletries etc are all top notch. Only the TV channels need to be increased especially movies. The hotel is well located close to the erawan shrine and all major shopping centres are within walking distance and so are the train stations. In terms of the facilities at the hotel, the gym, sauna and steam are all very well equipped and maintained. The pool was a nice place to hangout albeit the construction across but that is something beyond the control of the hotel. The staff was excellent and friendly whether it was at the breakfast table or the concierge or poolside they were all positive and helpful. A special mention for the housekeeping staff who actually did some excellent work behind the scenes in terms of turndown services and daily cleaning……they were just superb! The breakfast was one of the best I have had anywhere till now and the loft bar on the 56th floor is a good place to hangout on a Saturday. In terms of improvement the hotel may like to look at the poolside food services which may need brushing up. We had gone to celebrate my wife’s 50th birthday and had requested for a small cake which was efficiently provided. However, I felt that the hotel could have extended some additional gestures/ niceties in terms of a hand written note or someone wishing her during breakfast etc which would have added to the 5 stars which I have already given. Notwithstanding the above, the staff did everything else possible to make our stay comfortable; they gave us an early check in a couple of hours before the actual check in time, we had requested a room which did not face an ongoing construction work which was provided and even a late check out by 3 pm was given free of charge, the concierge guided us with the places to go and efficiently provided cabs whenever we asked for including an airport drop on the last day. A special shoutout for Nat and Ni at the concierge for the same. And that is why I would still consider staying at the hotel during my next stay at Bangkok. Overall I would say the hotel was EFFECTIVELY EFFICIENT WITH HIGH STANDARDS! and worth its price. It is an ideal place for couples who would like peace & tranquility and some us time.

Service was impeccable - all my requests were swiftly met. Staff were pleasant and friendly. As someone who is very particular about bathrooms, Waldorf Astoria exceeded expectations. The room was spacious and comfortable, and had plenty of closet space. Great location as well, given the Bangkok traffic, the hotel is only a short walk from many nearby malls (or if you’re feeling adventurous, motorbike rides will be even quicker). I ordered a few room service meals and genuinely found the Thai cuisine better than some restaurants.

I'm booked this Hotel for celebration my wife birthday since their review is good .But i check in on the 17/11/2023 hotel have complimentary a birthday cake that great!! The reason that i given the service & facilities @ 3 star is due to the issues i have below. Service ＞ When i check-in the Hotel they request a THB6000 deposit and i have used credit card and never issue us any of the receipt to prove that we have paid at deposit ( as me also careless didn't ask it ). I check-out on 18/11/2023 the hotel staff was excellent service the only thing is didn't mention the THB6000 deposit hoe was it be refund without any receipt to prove that transaction make ( as me also careless didn't ask it ) after on my way to airport i realize that hotel didn't mention the deposit and i call the hotel regarding the deposit matter and request for the deposit transaction receipt to send an email to me but i still didn't receive on the 19/11/2023. Facilities ＞ I have been assigned to room 623, The issues is the bath area that was a window door seem like malfunction the door was unable to close. On top of the 2 issues the rest with my stay was excellent. Thank you.

Great heated pool with service staff. Did not get upgrade as via OTA but basic room was great. Aesop amenities

Service staff were all very attentive, personable and friendly. They also prepared a nice chocolate cake for our friend's birthday. We really loved the pool design as well, well-shaded with nice architecture. Breakfast spread was delightful. Hotel alos uses AESOP for their shower amenities. Definitely coming back again some day :)

We stayed for 2 nights at this hotel in a deluxe king size room. The location is a 2 min walk from the nearest BTS station. But there are other hotels next to the footbridge if you want a even closer location to the station. Room is decent with new renovation. However I don’t think the price is justified with the services it provided. If you don’t plan to stay in the room much I preferred you to stay in a cheaper hotel.

Excellent service, good amenities, good breakfast with freshly squeezed fruit juice. Will definitely come back.
