This is my second time staying at this hotel, and the staff are just as enthusiastic as before. The staff at the 9th-floor restaurant are particularly welcoming, and Jame often chatted with me. The breakfast offers Thai, Chinese, and Western options, and the taste is good, although the buffet selection is a bit simple. The room is clean and bright, the bed is very comfortable, and the TV is a smart TV. The downsides are that the non-slip mat in the bathroom was quite dirty and the air conditioning was a bit noisy. There's also a gym and a pool on the rooftop. The gym is small but has all the basic equipment. The pool isn't large, but it's very stylish and perfect for taking Instagram-worthy photos.

Overall, I'm very satisfied and would definitely choose Wanda Jin Residence The Ease Sierra Bangkok again on my next visit to Bangkok. **Facilities:** Opened in 2025, all the facilities are brand new. There's a rooftop swimming pool and a laundry room. I even saw two guys goofing around there when I went to do my laundry, haha. The room is also very spacious, around 40 sqm, with a mini-fridge and a great view. **Location:** The location is a bit far from the subway, down an alley, about a 10-minute walk. However, I mostly travel by taxi, so this isn't an issue for me. Plus, the money saved on the room rate more than covers the taxi fares. **Breakfast:** This is the highlight! Breakfast is à la carte plus buffet style. Every day I tried two à la carte dishes, sometimes adding one of the daily specials. They offer Chinese, Western, and Thai options, all very rich and flavorful. The regular buffet is also excellent, with meat, vegetables, and soup. It gives you plenty of energy to start the day. **Service:** The front desk staff speak excellent Chinese, which is to be expected from a Wanda Group hotel. There are quite a few Chinese guests staying here, and overall, I felt very safe.

An average hotel, expected more. Check-in was fast and the room was relatively clean. However, the breakfasts were quite repetitive, and the Wi-Fi kept dropping. The price is a bit high for this level of service. It barely passes for 3.5 stars, but I'm unlikely to stay here again.

Cozy room with a city view. The housekeeping was good. The rooftop pool is small but clean. Breakfast is quite decent—you certainly won't go hungry.

The location is way too remote—a taxi to downtown costs about 50 RMB. It's tucked away in an alley, though luckily there’s a 7-Eleven a few hundred meters away on foot. The hotel environment is pretty average. The front desk staff was quite fun/interesting.
