1st they give me a very dirty and smelly room at the time of check inn, when I complained they change the room and take more 500 thb per night . At the time of check out the guy stopped me and show a picture that you use towel and it has stains on it so that’s why we charge 110 thb . Otherwise we call the police. I have to reach airport to catch my flight so I gave them money

The dirtiest hotel I have ever been to, room is super tiny and very dirty they didn’t change the bed from previous gust the bathroom is terrible old smells bad, disgusting hair on the floor

My ex had requested for us to be assigned to the same level via email and was told they could not accommodate and will have to see the availability on my check-in date which was a day after my ex (he came a day early to attend a conference). 5th Aug he check-in and requested the same thing and again was met with similar respond from the tall guy at the front desk. On the 6th, I came and was assigned to a different level and to make matters worst, me and my ex would need to board the lift from different lift lobby. Needless to say, not very service oriented hotel. The same tall guy simply cannot put on a smile, so much from ‘Land of Smiles’ Hotel was pretty old as can be seen from the worn furniture. A good place to stay if you are from the Middle East or India, there are many restaurants with its cuisine. Overall, an ok stay less the not very helpful front desk.

My favourite hotel in nana / asok area of Bangkok so far (I've stayed at Citadine sukumwit 8, Lyf, Hope sukumwit 11, Nana studio) I’ve stayed here three times, always in the Premier Queen or King rooms, and I’ve had a great experience every time. The rooms are cleaned daily, towels are changed every day, and the staff are always very friendly. The hotel provides all the amenities you could need, including toothbrushes, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, Q-tips, bathrobes, hairdryers and slippers. They even have a luggage weighing scale on the ground floor, which is very convenient before heading to the airport. The 7th-floor pool area is nice and the gym is decent, although the equipment could use an upgrade. The location is excellent — about a 3-minute walk to Nana BTS, while still being quiet at night since the hotel is tucked away on a small side road. Great staff, great location, comfortable rooms and good value for money. Definitely my go-to hotel in Bangkok, I’ll be staying here again.

The room was clean and spacious, and the staff gave a lovely greeting. I really like this place—the pool and the rooftop are amazing I'll definitely have to come back and stay here again.

This is my second time staying in this hotel. The experience was much better staying in a Premier room. The room has better view and easier access to your room and other facilities. They were good about cleaning the room. Only issue was the water pressure was very weak and the staff tried but weren’t able to fix it . Would stay a third time.
