Amazing hotel and a very friendly staff. Holiday inn express is located at a great place to shop. MBK mall and Siam centre are just a 10 minute walk away. The green line and blue line BTS are also 5minutes walk. Rooms are clean and the ones with the stadium view are great. Great staff and very accommodating, allowed me to check out late. Will stay again and would recommend for budget travellers.

The stay is comfortable. Although not the best location, but it is near to National stadium BTS station and MBK. Can also walk to major shopping centres like Siam paragon. There is also a McDonald just below the hotel hence can grab a quick bite anytime. The breakfast is considered average with not many variety. Can be improved.

A 2nd time stay in this hotel. Beautiful and cosy. Easy to check in and check out. Laundry service located at 7th floor. Likewise, for morning breakfast. Breakfast is normal, not much variety, though. Especially on pastries wise. Easily accessible to Macdonald, which is just next door and opens till 2am and there is a small mobile cafe - CPS in front of the hotel plus an ATM machine located nearby too. Satisfied with the hotel, worth the penny! Will come back for sure!

Clean room. The crew service is fantastic, friendly, attentive and helpful. Great location, a few minutes walk to the BTS.

This hotel was a huge downside to our trip. We booked two nights, stayed one night and cancelled the second . The reason we left this hotel was because: - bed stains on the bedsheets - makeup stains or something brown on duvet covers - flies that bite in the room and a bunch of them in the bathroom -something was making us feel itchy when we got in the bed. We told the hotel and they sent two very young housekeepers to change the sheets (who were lovely) - the problem is bigger than housekeeping. It’s the hotel. It’s old, and outdated . The breakfast area was old, old dirty stained tables. Some tables left dirty, we had to ask for it to be cleaned. Breakfast was not good and so limited . The overall experience was horrible . If you prefer cleanness, good environment that’s comfortable. Would not recommend this place .

Great location just next to National Stadium BTS station. Walking distance to Siam Square areas. Great breakfast buffet, taste good. Also nearby Chulalongkorn great location for food hunting.

The room is very nice and the hotel location is very convenience.

Booked 2 nights. Location is good, near the shopping areas siam and Central world. Good experience checking in. Room is clean, shower is powerful. I didn't tell them it was my birthday, but they put a cake in my room as a surprise! All in all a good stay. Would recommend. There is free breakfast, but temper Ur expectations.

Love the free sumptuous breakfast at level 7. The gym is also well equipped to. The location is about 5 mins away from national stadium stop.

Very convenient place for stay for holiday, just 5min from BTS Station.

Have stayed in Holiday Inn for over 5 times now - always return when I’m in BKK as the room is affordable and location is excellent. The subway is less than 5 minutes away and Siam (where all the malls are at) is within a 10 minute walking distance. Plus there’s free breakfast! Will definitely recommend

Due to holidays high traffic at the hotel. The clesniness can be further improved and overall service level is good.
