Great services, staffs are friendly and polite. The location is good, 30 min drive to the airport, right next to the blue line MRT, 2 shopping malls, and a well-known night market. The room is clean and new. I certainly will recommend it to friends if they come to Bangkok.

Central to anything shopping and train. Easy movement and access to public transport

Great location as food and shopping are readily available at Fortune IT town next to the hotel and Central Rama shopping mall opposite. The Rama 9 MRT makes it easily accessible. Staff speaks good English and very helpful in acceding to our room request. Buffet breakfast spread is good and room aircon and wifi are good. Will stay again in future visit to Bangkok.

So far so good, at first the room provided have the door lock issue, but they manage to change for me next day. So far is good to stay. Location near Jobb Fair night market.

This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel. The location is not too bad, there is a shopping mall opposite the hotel with many F&B outlets, and Jodd Fair night market is just located behind the shopping mall. MRT station is right beside the hotel too. Booked for 2 rooms, 1st night, the aircon was leaking very badly & we managed to get the technician to fix it. 3rd day, the housekeeper forgot to put towels in the toilets. When we came back to the hotel after a long day & wanted to take a shower we realised there wasn't any towels in the toilet, so we have to call & wait for the housekeeper to bring us towels. The lift lobby on 17th floor has a strong cigarette smell, this really needs to be improved. We also found a dead cockroach at the lift lobby on 17th floor, & for days no one clears the cockroach.

Amazing experience at Grand Fortune Hotel. Strategically located to the metro station, 2 shopping malls and Jodd Fair night market, very convenient. Ambience was business cosy - less rowdy and pretty good chill vibes. Front desk service was friendly too. Room was clean and cosy with the necessary amenities. Oh yes, we love the bed! Snuggly and comfy. If I really got to nitpick, it is a tad further out from the regular shopping district and you might get stuck in the jam.

Counter clerks were very friendly. They gave me a high floor. The picture is the view from my room.

The location was very strategic to site wbere i worked. Its very comvenient to go out as all restos are near to it. Staff are very respectful dispite difficulty on communicating in English. Checking our process was easy as well. As a suggestion, it will be better if the security deposit amount should be included as part of the reminder or condition for booking so we can also add it in the request for business trip budget in the travellers company.

Good location, good facility

This hotel is mixed bad. Staff are good but everything else is poor for me. Breakfast is very average and not worth the price. Traffic in front of the hotel is so congested it makes taxi everywhere extra expensive and time consuming. Room facing main road is very noisy, you can hear the motorbikes on the 22nd floor. Lastly and most importantly, the guests smoke in their rooms, when I repeatedly reported this to reception they refused to do anything. Overall I regret staying here. Grand Fortune Hotel as it is overpriced for BKK.

Everything was great but at the beginning I choose the room with bathtub but when arrive there, there is no bathtub
