The location is super convenient; you can walk to major department stores and malls. There are also MRT and airport express lines nearby. The room was kept quite clean, and the pool was great. However, the downside is that you can't take pool towels back to your room, which means it gets quite chilly walking back to the room from the pool due to the air conditioning.

The hotel is situated in the prime location of Pratunam, boasting an exceptional geographical advantage. It's within walking distance to Pratunam Market, Platinum Fashion Mall, and CentralWorld, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. It's also not far from the BTS Skytrain station, allowing for easy and time-saving travel to various attractions in Bangkok. The room was spacious with elegant decor and well-equipped amenities. It was cleaned meticulously every day, and the bedding was comfortable, allowing for a good rest after a day of sightseeing. The hotel features a rooftop pool and a fitness center, where guests can relax with a swim and enjoy the Bangkok city views. The breakfast at the restaurant offered a rich variety of Thai and international dishes. The hotel staff were friendly and courteous, providing attentive and thoughtful service, and handling inquiries efficiently. With five-star facilities and a superb location, the value for money is outstanding. Choosing this hotel for my Bangkok trip was truly a wise decision, leaving me with wonderful memories. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Bangkok.

I was upgraded to a corner twin room on the 34th floor! I'm not sure why, but perhaps it's because TRIP.com is a trusted platform? Although there's a slight sense of aging, the room was clean and I had a comfortable stay. I didn't use the pool this time, but next time I'll bring my swimsuit and enjoy a relaxing resort-like experience. The breakfast also offered a variety of dishes in a spacious and comfortable setting. Overall, it was wonderful! \(^o^)/ I'll definitely stay here again next time!

Although it's not a new hotel, both the lobby and the rooms still retain a sense of luxury. The service was excellent; they even prepared a breakfast box for me at 5:30 AM. When my wallet was stolen on the street, they were incredibly supportive and helpful. It's a bit of a walk from the station, but Big C and CentralWorld are nearby, making shopping convenient. The original shop of the famous pink Khao Man Gai is practically right in front of the hotel, allowing you to experience the vibrant atmosphere of Southeast Asia.

Although you have to switch floors to get to the room, there are plenty of large elevators, so you never wait long or feel crowded.

The rooms are a bit old, much like what you'd find in an older five-star hotel in China. The lobby was packed with people, showing how lively it was, probably because of its value for money. The rooms are indeed spacious, and the service was very prompt.
