First impressions- beautiful hotel with villa vibes near a beach.
No tall building insight around, so it feels like we are not in Bangkok city centre
Airy, spacious and nicely decorated
Most rooms faces the pool which is a bonus.
Breakfast was amazing. Good selection, delicious and you have the option to sit at the balcony with a nice pool view or stay cool in the AC.
Good room design and spacious. Very practical toilet layout and lots of space. It has all the amenities needed. Bonus balcony to chill.
Not the closest to the train station but buggy rides are available.

if you don't like go out of hotel . you must come u sathon hotel . but poor shuttle service .

Overall is excellent, all the staff is friendly & helpful, the environment & atmosphere is nice, clean & new facilities, buffet breakfast is good. However quite disappointed in shuttle service, they only provide one way to MRT, it’s need to improve this service.

I have been here many times as repeating guest. Love this hotel the most among all that I have been. Quiet, nice ambient, good decoration, delicious food, nice and friendly staffs etc...nothing negative at all regarding this property.
However, since this hotel has limited rooms, and the policy of staying 24 hrs make it difficult to make reservation. Moreover, because of its popularity nowadays, the price has gone up quite a lot in a short time. Good for management, but bad for me! 😅

I have been travelling late and arriving late at night and the staff was efficient, smilling and so attentive. Amazing 5 star hotel which I think is underestimate in Bangkok so well located, and a little gem resort on the middle of town...

we booked 3 rooms and they didn’t arrange our rooms together, not even in the same building….

U Sathorn used to be my go-to resort and sure it will be within my plan to stay after the Covid!
Everything is still nice, staffs are nice and friendly and the pool is superB consider it’s at the heart of Bangkok.
However this time I got two issue upset me a lot.
The first one is the lock of the window doors to the balcony is not working. Just after we enter the room and want to settle down, my 3 years boy open the door can climbing up the fence. Luckily i am fast enough the get him back. I called the front desk and they send ppl to fix it soon. But it is quite dangerous!
The second issue is my room running out of electricity at mid night and luckily the power coming back within a minute. But it happen about 3-4 time during mid night and my wife cannot get a proper sleep.
It is probably one of the worst experience I stay in U Sathorn and should be the last one.

That bring said, it has been brought to my attention that your last stay with us has made you very worried and I would like to take this opportunity to express my deepest apologies as it is unacceptable practice to have malfunctioning locks at the sliding doors connecting to the balcony of your hotel room. The safety of your family especially your child is our main priority and this incident regarding the sliding door lock we are taking very seriously in our investigation and will ensure that this will never happen again. Rest assured that our engineering and house keeping teams are conducting daily strict detailed guest room checks prior to every guest arrival to ensure all rooms are presented in prefect working order. In regards to the temporary electrical glitch that you experienced in your room is in fact related to the local power supply which also effected the surrounding neighborhood residences outside the hotel premises. We have alerted the local electricity authority on this matter and please note that this incident is the first of its nature and has been resolved. Mr Chan, I feel fully responsible for these 2 incidents and as you are a returning guest, I will like to welcome you and your family back to experience our best room category The Suite complementary 1 night stay valid till 31st December 2023 as a polite gesture to gain back your loyalty and trust. The Suite room is located on the ground floor with direct access to the swimming pool ideal for your family. I hope the inconveniences you experienced do not stop you from staying with us again in the future and please feel free to reach out to me directly will be glad to assist further. Hard to get the taxi but peaceful and calm.
Mood is nice and pool is generally okay.
