The accommodation is clean and charming, with excellent service. The staff are friendly and polite. They even offer complimentary water and orange juice. The swimming pool also has a great vibe.

The rooms were clean and the staff were lovely and always smiling. Breakfast was okay, nothing spectacular. However, the hotel entrance is quite narrow and difficult to access. Taxis and Grab drivers often refuse to pick up/drop off because of the inconvenient access.

The alley leading to the hotel can be a bit confusing, but once you arrive, it feels like you've escaped to the countryside. It truly feels like a relaxing getaway. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

Good service. There are 1-2 parking spaces in front of the hotel. Most guests are foreigners. It's close to the Chao Phraya River, and riverside restaurants are about 300 meters away, easily walkable. However, there isn't a 7-Eleven close by.

Rooms on the 2nd floor and above are great, and the front desk staff and other employees are all friendly and helpful. The hotel has a free swimming pool and a garden. You can explore the surrounding alleyways for a 'blind box' experience, as there are many small local restaurants highly recommended there.

This hotel is beyond terrible. As someone who works in the media and travels constantly, staying in countless hotels, I have never encountered such awful service. Especially that man – they should just close down and stop causing trouble for people. Booking their hotel, I circled the area multiple times but couldn't find it. I didn't really want to go to that area in the first place, and when I got there, I realized it was quite a sketchy neighborhood. I called them, telling them I needed a refund. I explained my reasons and asked if it was possible. The person who answered in the morning said yes, so I immediately rearranged my itinerary, booked and paid for another hotel, and checked in. But then I saw Trip.com's processing result was a no. If you can't do it, just tell me. Don't say yes and then no, making me arrange my whole trip based on false information. This is basically misleading and deceiving consumers. I am extremely furious about this point. When I called the hotel, someone picked up quickly. It was a male staff member. Initially, his attitude was okay, but as soon as I explained the situation, it became very poor. I contacted them via email, WhatsApp, and phone. They were in full 'shirk responsibility' mode – they'd only respond if they felt like it, with a terrible attitude. The location is complicated, and it's newly opened? I've traveled half the world and never seen such a rubbish hotel. Nobody answers the phone, and they don't reply to WhatsApp. I had to call many times before someone finally picked up and started to deal with it, or called a manager to follow up. The next day, they got back to me, but it was just a delaying tactic with no actual progress. They didn't do anything at all. My situation was that I booked and called immediately to ask. In other countries, this could be handled, but they just couldn't. I had to call to ask, and their going back on their word and misleading consumers is just trash behavior. I've never seen such a terrible hotel. I can't understand why there are so many terrible places in Thailand, but this one is definitely among the top one or two worst. I don't know how your hotel operates, but if you're so desperate for money that you won't let go of even that small amount, and offer no service whatsoever, I truly admire you.
