The Hotel is near BTS Promphong station, the Emporium, Emquartier, and Emsphere as we call the EM District. The staff is very nice to help you, We recommend you when you have a trip to Bangkok.

Hotel is good very near some location easyy to travel will visit again

I had a standard room on the second floor facing the street and entrance in what I suspect is the old part of the complex, abit of a labyrinthe. Not a lot of natural light. The room is plain but not shabby or unclean. A good fitness room although the auto massage chairs are nonfunctional, good pool area. Close to Sukhumvit Rd with big brand name malls. Shower over bath .

Room was a decent size. But it was old and dated. There were several things that needed attention but I could not be bothered to say anything. Breakfast was passable at best and no where near as good as many breakfasts I have experienced in Bangkok hotels. Gym was very old and dated. The machines were rusty and made a terrible noise when using them. Staff were very helpful at least. Location is pretty decent, but not sure I would return.

Very impressive with room size and facilities in the room. The cleaner is good job and the receptionist are kindly.

The hotel overall is good. Distance from bts is about 5 minutes walk. Okay if not hot or rainy. Near 1 minute walk have convenient store which is awesome. Check in at night due to flight delay and the receptionist is not having good attitude. Requested late check out for one hour which is 1pm and was rudely rejected. During check out i find another shift of receptionist is so different in attitude. So my point is, if you late arrival dont book. Unless you check in earlier. This is an apartment based so corridor is not sound proof you can hear other room’s noises. And the corridor have smoke smell. Room wise is okay. See picture , but the floor is very dusty. Floor is not carpeted. However, the amenities are complete. Bathtub available. The apartment room is very Japanese style. The shower head is pretty low similar to shower head in Japanese home. Bed and pillow is quite comfy too. Charging outlet location also very convenient to guest. The breakfast have limited selection but there are baker’s confectioneries, ie cheese cake and choc fudge cake. The gym and sauna works but the toilet seems not well maintain, lights and locker doesnt work.

We have stayed at Hope Land on soi 24 and soi 8. We preferred soi 8. Both are OK.

Is a nice hotel to stay in Bangkok so I will stay again on my next trip with my family

I stayed here 3 nights and it was good value, although the shower is not easy to use. While the hotel is dated, the rooms are clean and the service is excellent. Location: a 10 min walk from Phrom Phong BTS, it's on a very safe and well-lit road with major hotels like Hilton and Mercure. 7/11 is nearby. Very quiet location, not many bars or restaurants in the immediate area. Rooms: the room was dated, but was a good size with a working AC. Bed was very firm but not the worst I've slept in. Shower is quite hard to use as there's no place to hang the shower head except a very low position on the wall. Housekeeping and service were fine. Amenities: surprisingly, this hotel has a great rooftop pool and an excellent (but older) gym. Considering the price I paid, these were nice bonuses. The lobby is also nice to sit in and there is complimentary coffee there. Overall Opinion: a nice budget hotel near Phrom Phong and Emquartier with an attached serviced apartment as well. Good value for money but the rooms are a bit older.
