Not bad

I stayed in Diamond Bangkok Hotel with my friends for a week and we loved it! We loved how it's just a three-minute walk to BTS Ratchathewi which is very convenient if you're traveling by train. The room smelt good, relatively clean and has a reasonable price. The staff will clean your room every day, just inform them before 1PM. They have everything aside from flatiron. Fast wifi connection. The receptionists speak good English. Also, check-in time is 11:30AM not 11AM. Will definitely recommend the hotel and will rebook once I travelled again in Bangkok.

The staff does not speak well at all ... The school has a deposit of 500, but we don't have cash. Have to walk and find another place to press. Tired.

It was the first time I saw a hotel that asked me for a 500฿ deposit. When I arrived, they told me that there was no price tag for twin beds, but the room I chose had either a king bed or a twin bed. They asked me to pay more to stay in a standard room, and I paid 100 yuan. The money is almost enough. The hotel environment is poor. There is no toothbrush or toothpaste. Bath towels can be changed at ten o'clock in the morning. After that, there will be no staff. Some things were knocked over at night. The store asked you to wait until tomorrow to deal with it. Whoever you like will stay.

Clean and sanitary,

Rooms are okay, spacious and airy. There is a water heater but it is a bit difficult to control the heat level. We were traveling with 6 people so we rented three double rooms. The air conditioner was a bit slow to cool. On google maps, it was called Diamond Bangkok Hotel instead of Diamond Bangkok Apartment, so at first we mistakenly went to the Bangkok City Hotel next door because we thought it was changing the name. We don't use any other services.
