This was the worst hotel experience out of the six I booked for my trip to Thailand. The room was dirty, the bathroom had no light, and the furniture and beds were outdated. There were no tea bags or coffee provided, the flip-flops were torn, and the fridge was extremely dirty. The room looked nothing like what was shown on the Trip.com app. I reported the bathroom light issue to the reception, but no one came to address it. The staff were unhelpful and insisted I contact Trip.com directly with my complaints. I also requested an early checkout and a refund for my second night, but they refused. Ultimately, I had no choice but to book another hotel. I hope Trip.com reviews my feedback and takes appropriate action. I had an extremely bad experience with this hotel. The phone wasn't working in my room due to which I could not book on time for second night. Then I booked second room (it was expensive but I was sick and didn't want to move) there was some weird noises coming from the water tap, I called the service but no help, once I called for hair dryer and they didn't even send me, second time they sent me after an hour lol. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone because the service is extremely poor.

Everything was terrible like other said. Please don’t stay there! We left a day earlier because we couldn’t stand the mess the hotel was and how inattentive the staff were (ignoring us to stand and wait and the counter). The hotel still didn’t give a refund! The room has broken window, filled with dirty hair, the room, the whole floor, and the staff leading us to the room were filled with cigarettes smoke. Bathroom doesn’t provide hand soap. The closet is moldy, the walls were dirty, the AC made loud noise all night — couldn’t sleep.

Literally the worst hotel I have ever been to unfortunately I came too late at night I couldn’t go to another hotel .I strongly do not recommend you to come to this s**** hotel the staff are rude it is not clean at all trip.com please take off this hotel from your website and app do people do not come here never again as this hotel should be closed as soon as possible

Nice location and staffs :) but whenever I visited restraunt for blackfast, I found several cockroachs around toast merchain.

This hotel has the peefect location to discover Bangkok, close to historical landmarks and nightlife spot. . Room are abit old but pretty comfortable. Swimming pool is great after strolling all day but it would be better if the access close later rhan 6 p.m. This hotel has a great value for money.

The facilities were better than I thought. It was nice that it was close to Khaosan Road.

First, the staff are extremely rude. Regardless of their English proficiency, their attitude towards customers is very disrespectful and unfriendly. Second, they never use basic greetings such as "I'm sorry" or "Thank you." It's as if they are treating foreigners like beggars they are reluctantly giving shelter to for free. Third, there are many crows flying around. This indicates that there is a lot of garbage in the surrounding area. This hotel has really nice location and access to Khaosan st. There’s nice pool at 1st floor and actually it was available to smoke. We didn’t order breakfast or any other options so i can’t tell if it was good or bad tho there’s little shops at ground floor and it actually helpful :) I strongly recommend backpackers to stay here this hotel. I could get nicer service compared to how much i paid for it.

The place is perfect. I want a peaceful environment and it's here. The breakfast is really good. Me and my daughter enjoyed our stay.

It was a horrible experience for my entire life and I am definitely not recommend on this hotel any more, don't ever go to this hotel as you will definite make a big mistakes. All the photos provided for this hotel are fake and they are not the same as the actual hotel, everything went bad and quality is very worst. All the facilities and utilities were very worst. There are so many dead bugs dead in the washroom ceiling, every where is very old compare with photos from Trip.com, there were no shampoo and washing bath provided. Hand wash lotion look it was expired at least one year. I have no other choice to buy everything in brand new. On second day, there was a guy to fix the watering pipe in front of my room starting at 9 until 5pm and I was complaining about it but no one care about it and the guy still kept fixing the pipe. On third day, the guy came back again on pipe and make very bad noise and I shoot to him to stop it, otherwise, I will call police, afterthat, the guy stop it. The hotel or reception must know this issue and I have no idea how can they treat the customer so badly without any concern to them. If I had money, I will move out this hotel and book to other hotel immediately after check in 30 minutes. I call the reception for the problems and no action, no help and no support as well. I sent message to trip.com for more than 4 times for help and requesting refund because everything is wrong and totally opposite compare the photos and information provided by Trip.com. Trip.com has a right to provide the correct information to customer and we use the service from trip.com as we trust them and they should take a 100% responsibility on this matter but so far, trip.com just make silent and don't want to provide support to customer like me.
