Best hotel ever. Reception was so friendly and helpful. Very close to Iconsiam and Chaophraya river. To be honest, this location is the best and can go anywhere very easily. Safe and secured. Definitely next time gonna stay here again.
Point to be noted: 1000 baht is deposit fee, you can get it back during check out.

The hotel is really good to stay in. The train station is in front of the hotel. The view is fantastic. The layout of the room is non conventional but very big. The only thing I feel can be improved are the quality of the towels, sheets, shampoo and soap.

The hotel was located just opposite the BTS station Surasak. It's also near two 7-11s so getting convenient shop food is super easy. The hotel is also just opposite the famous Blue Elephant restaurant!
The hotel's sound proofing can be a bit bad, and we had to call the hotel to adjust our air conditioning. Other than that, all things were good ๐ค

Conveniently located just a step from sky train station makes it easy to get around the busy city. One stop to a pier/boat station to go to Emerald Buddha, Wat Pho etc. the breakfast they offered is very outstanding. Staff are very friendly. They have a rooftop bar but if you were looking to go up there without ordering something I was told you canโt sit there.

Good location and spacious rooms! Itโs close to the BTS. The hotel and rooms are clean and people are nice. Itโs close to blue elephant and divana. The only down side is that itโs not close to any big malls.

Great hotel, spacious rooms and the cafe attached downstairs serves some of the best cafe food I've had. Only thing is the room has no working desk so if you come on business you have no proper working space, I had to go to the cafe the whole time. Special thanks to Noom at Front Office who was absolutely amazing my entire stay, he's so friendly and helpful - total asset to the hotel!

Nearby no 7-11 , abit troublesome , but the room is nice and clean and big .service not very good , order room service and they transfer my call and make me wait for 10min , I hang off call again and happened again . Till the 4th call then I get to order my food , wasted 40ish min on this

Friendly staff, nice room. I went to rooftop and swinming those are great. Breakfast is delicious and many menu recommend to stay here. Just next to BTS Surasak. We will come back again.

I have stayed here for more than 10 times each time I am in Bangkok (last was 3 years ago before the pandemic). This time round I was really disappointed with their room and services. The door was jammed and cannot be closed properly. The fridge is not cold enough until leaking water (I have videos of all these).
Worst of all, the housekeeper took one of our key cards without providing any reason why they did that and they didnt close our door properly after housekeeping!!!!!! Leaving our door unlocked until we returned to the hotel after 10pm. We have to contact the lobby to ask them to check their CCTV if anyone came to our room during this period.
If they do not beef up their services and upgrade your rooms/ mattress etc I will try other hotels next time I am in Bangkok...
