Very clean and spacious room. MRT is located right next to the hotel, providing convenient access

The entire stay was good. From the staff to the hotel room. Everything was perfect. In the hotel - itself they have spa, nail saloon, hair salon and 7/11. Which was so convenient. Then it was near to Central & Union malls. And they were sweet enough to give me a handwritten card and cake for my birthday.

This is the second time we booked this hotel. Location wise is very convenient, next to Phahon Yothin MRT exit 1. This time we stayed at the next building (newly renovated). Room is bigger and much brighter. Bed and pillow was very comfortable. Breakfast variety was very good. Will book again for future trips.

Good location, just next to MRT station. Downstairs is 7-11, Opposite is Union Mall, easy to access to anywhere, from the Union Mall can walk thru inside to Central Ladprao. I like this hotel and would recommend to everyone. Room is included breakfast. Will come back next time stay here for my next BKK trip. o

This hotel definitely exceeded my expectations and more. From the outdoor infinity pool, to access to a fully stocked gym and the complimentary daily breakfast that had the biggest variety of Asian and American dishes on rotation everyday; this place has to be on my top international stays. You are also in walking distance to the Union Mall, which has a wide selection of food court delights. For the price, you really can’t ask for more. Will definitely stay in other The Quarter branches the next time I’m in Thailand.

My 2nd time staying here. But this time round is the block behind (I supposed this is the extended reno they were doing last yr when I visited). Everything is perfect. There are shampoo/conditioner and body wash, hairdryer and most importantly at each bedside there are a lot of sockets conveniently next to you. For those who prefer hot or warm bathe, the hot water is Abit unstable for my room. I turn the handle to the max for hot water to flow. But it turns out to be cold water. Just in case. I tried to turn the other end and yes it is cold water. Aircon is centrally controlled and tv can access to Netflix, YouTube, etc. Breakfast variety, from Thai to western, is great for those staying at the new block. The breakfast area is at the old block thus you will need to change 2 lifts. But I have no complains. There is a pool outside and a gym. The staff are very friendly and nice. There is a massage place, Manicure placeand a hotpot (?) restaurant at the connecting area. I only tried the massage place and I like the service and the experience. Really helped.

The hotel is near JJ market that only two mrt station far. However it’s not near to the city town. If you are planning to visit terminal 21 or central world etc. this may not be a good choice for you. There’s a 7-11 just next to the hotel, very convenient!
