The legendary hotel is a bit run down but location is excellent and room service as well as front desk staff are super friendly. Rooms clean but a couple of bugs were running around. Excellent lights in room and bath. Unfortunately the pool was under renovation which it had said in the booking. A/C works well but I could not find power outlets at the bed. Sufficient towels, safe box and free water bottles

Location is great, staff are helpful in cleaning and always asking if you need towels or extra water. However the downside is that my room's bathroom had roaches. I told the front staff and they had the cleaning staff use bug spray but that didn't seem to do anything. Besides that, the hotel is great and it's a favorable location to Nana Plaza and other night life.

One of my favorite hotels in Thailand, stayed multiple times. Cozy, well furnished rooms, quiet surrounding, yet in the middle of nightlife and shopping area. Excellent service, friendly and helpful stuff.

A long-time go-to, but the lady is showing her age. Jacuzzi was a longstanding feature that’s been nonoperational since last October. I asked me they said maybe after Song kran! Come on, Nana…

I wasn't sure about this place. But, I am glad I stayed. Room very very clean, and the cleaning staff were friendly. The bed is soft and quite large. The room seems to be touched up as it has a more modern feel than the pics and hotel itself. Nice free welcome drink(beer). The breakfast buffet is included and it is quite good. Bacon, french toast, etc. Only negative is that the pool was under renovation, so it was unavailable. Forgot to take pics but it was very comfortable with excellent AC. I will definitely stay here on my next visit.

This hotel doesn’t need advertisements or reviews. Due to location, and proximity to Nana complex people book it. Customer service “ non existent”. I went to front desk to complain about air conditioning is not working properly, can I have a fan please ? He start laughing said “ go sleep “ no fan and air con is ok. Swimming pool is shut for past few fews but trip.com doesn’t know that. This hotel is -10 stars:) I only stayed here cause of location :)

Cleanliness is good.. location is perfect every thing is just outside the hotel..we stay here just 1nite..we will come back again...

This hotel is always a great stay in Nana Plaza. I commend the friendly staff, they go out of their way to make you feel at home.

Taking them months and months to get their pool functional again. I’ve seen high rises go up faster.

I have stayed here often. Hotel is dated. But rooms were renovated years ago. But they were fine. Few months ago, they started construction. The pool has been closed. and noise during the day. But the issue I noticed was small roaches in the room. This past weekend I tried staying again. Even MORE roaches. I had them spray daily. But they were still there. and nothing worse then coming back to room that stinks of bug spray. Coming from someone who has stayed there many times. I will be staying elsewhere next time in BKK.

Good location and closed to MRT and Nana Plaza. Plenty of restaurants and shopping around. Room is large and cleaned.

A clean room with comfortable bed. Shame there's no comp coffee. Great service.

This has to be the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The hotel staff are rude and unwelcoming. The hotel itsrlf smells absolutely awful as do the rooms. There were cockroaches in my bathroom and bugs in the bedroom. The swimming pool was under maintenance but there was no mention of this at the time of booking. The room decor was out of the 60’s and was filthy. I would not rate this as a 2-star hotel, and even that is generous.
